This attorney is a crook. He took my retainer and dismissed himself from counsel after I was not willing to plea guilty to a felony and take drug court l. I was offered a plea to a misdomer with probation or plea to a felony with drug court. When I decided I would take the misdomer he then told me that was no longer on the table and I was to take the felony and get on with my life. He was a waste of $4000. A public defender could have done more for me.
This attorney provided no assistance and took our money to handle a traffic ticket. He didn't follow through as promised, was late for a conference call with me, and hung up on me. He said, "well, when you have cancer and go to the doctor you hope they can cure you but there's no guarantee" This scenario is not the same because he guaranteed that he could get a speeding ticket reduced to no points but not only did he not do that, he didn't respond to us quickly enough casing my son's driver's license to be suspended because he wasn't able to pay on time. His philosophy is, if you're from out of town, I will take your money, and will do nothing for you that you couldn't do yourself, even though I claim I can! And if you disagree, he hangs up on you!
